Trying to organize a Deltascape v2.0 (Savage) Unsynced farm

No idea if this is the best place for this, and I'll happily delete it and post it elsewhere if this isn't where people typically recruit for this sort of thing.

My main character is on Sargatanas, and I'm trying to finish up a Red Mage glamour for him. For this, I need the Genji Gloves of Casting & the Genji Boots of Casting, both of which require the books from Deltascape v2.0 (Savage).

I'm not much good at doing Savage/EX content the hard way, unfortunately. I've got some nerve damage in one of my hands that doesn't flare up for anything but the most hectic regular content (Seat of Sacrifice was rough), but every time I've tried to investigate Savage/EX stuff, I get tense enough that my hand feels like absolute crap for days afterwards. So, to finish this perfect look, I want to try to get together a team to run the raid unsynced. Ideally before the Endwalker number crunch throws a lot of unsynced content into uncertainty.

If you're interested in helping, drop a note here, or message me in game at Siege Zabac@Sargatanas!

What's the look I'm trying to compete, you ask? (Late Heavensward/Stormblood spoilers follow):

Here's the concept. Siege Zabac is an Ala Mhigan by birth, and considers the fiasco with Ilberd his greatest personal failure. He's decided to try to salvage what he can from the whole messy business by hijacking the identity of the Griffin, now that there's no one else alive to contest it. Then he'll Scooby Doo Villain his way around pretending to be the Griffin's ghost, telling people he's trapped on this mortal plane until he makes penance for all the HEINOUS EVIL THAT HE DID IN LIFE, OH WOE IS ME, I, THE GHOST OF ILBERD, WAS A MASSIVE PIECE OF CRAP AND NOW I AM DOOMED, DOOOOMMMED!

So he'll get to do his normal thing being a hero, but also trash-talk Ilberd non-stop.

For this, I chose Red Mage, because 1.) I enjoy playing the job almost as much as my main jobs (DRG/MCH/GNB), 2.) It originated in Gyr Abania, so a spectral figure using that style of magic would fit nicely with local legends, 3.) The Griffin used a 1/h sword, but I don't like playing Paladin much, and 4.) I was able to put together an armor idea that doesn't perfectly replicate the Griffin's armor, but seems evocative of it.

    For the look, I'm using:
WEAPON: Seeing Horde Rapier (as if to say "I tampered with the Eyes of Nidhogg for power, and now I am tainted by them", would have used the Shinryu Rapier for the same effect, but the glow doesn't look good with the color scheme and I think the base weapon design is goofy)
HEAD: Hood of the Black Griffin, dyed Wine Red (Sucks that the iconic Ala Mhigo Resistance headgear is for Casters only, but at least it fits well with this concept)
CHEST: Augmented Deepshadow Scale Male of Casting, dyed Dark Red (This is the piece doing the heavy lifting evoking the Griffin's armor style)
HANDS: Genji Gloves of Casting, dyed Gunmetal Black (they're the heavy armor looking caster hands that I like the best)
LEGS: Don't matter, can't actually see them under the chest piece, but probably dyed snow white because I feel like a good Red Mage glam will have some shade of red as the primary color, then black and white to accessorize.
FEET: Genji Boots of Casting, dyed Gunmetal Black (the straps/buckles seem evocative of the Griffin's boots, minus the hanging cloth bits that I thought were too goofy to try to evoke)
