    attack of the clones????

    im seeing lalafells that all look the same with the same equipment and level pop in to ul'dah from the gate of the sultana entrance really fast and with odd names like tscumhjs gdekjxir im not sure what to think of this other then maybe hackers im not sure

    They're gil farming bots.

    They've been around since the 2.0 days and are liable to stay here forever unless SE decides to find a more permanent solution to them because weekly ban waves aren't cutting it when they can level a new bot to 50+ in less then 24 hours.

    But yeah, they'll just start up again.

    The only way to stop it is if the buyers are caught and banned. If nobody buys there's no market to sell.

    It's a shame there's no way to turn hunting bots into a GS game where you get good amounts of mgp for special items to hunt them down.
