Only one character keeps crashing when loading, all other characters are fine

Does the issue still occur if the game is installed on the C drive? Additionally, when the crash happens, is FINAL FANTASY XIV the only program running?

Hi,

I have not tried and do not intend to install the game on C Drive. Especially this issue does not occur in the past, and it only occurs to one Character.
When the crash happens, FF14 is the only main program running.

Could I get some response or further support?
I have tried all the above and it does not work. I cannot run as administrator since I launch the game through Steam.

I have seen a lot of posts about this similar issue. I assume it might possibly be the game's compatibility with certain brand computer or certain software installed on computer.
But it seems FF14 never finds out what exactly causes this issue.
