    Good morning and thank you for the reply.

    Are you able to try and do a cleanboot? Open the Task Manager and select the 'Start Up' Tab. disable everything here and restart the PC.

    Hi,

    Tried with cleanboot. It does not work.

    Still problem only happens to one specific character.
    Create a new character and can successfully load.
