Wired or WIFI connection? - WIFI
Are there other programs being used when running FFXIV? - No
When the disconnect occurs/How often? Does it happen at a specific time frame or day? It firstly happened about 2 weeks ago. Then this happens at all time when I try to log in.
Does this only happen to one character or all characters? - Yes it happens only to one character.
Do you have any firewall or anti-virus software installed? If so, which ones? - Firewall is McAfee. The firewall never affect games before.
Internet Service Provider: - Australian Telstra
All steps taken to resolve the issue:
(1) to delete my profile in Document>My Game, but it does not work.
(2) to delete the game and reinstall, but it does not work.
(3) to create other characters and I was able to successfully log in and enter the game.
