Greetings and thank you for the reply,
Could you attempt the following if it has not been done already:
- Run the game with no programs in the background
- Try running the game as an administrator
- Lower the resolution, try running the game in windowed or borderless fullscreen mode
- Make sure the game is allowed through any fire wall or anti virus programs
Also, you try using a registry cleaner such as CC cleaner? It will run and remove files that may have been left behind by installation another activity on the PC. To so, please remove the game and then restart the PC. Run the registry cleaner and then restart the computer. Once the computer has been reset please reinstall the game again. After reinstalling the game, please restart the PC once more. Once the PC has been reset, please launch the game.

Hi,
Could I get some response or further support?
I have tried all the above and it does not work. I cannot run as administrator since I launch the game through Steam.
I have seen a lot of posts about this similar issue. I assume it might possibly be the game's compatibility with certain brand computer or certain software installed on computer.
But it seems FF14 never finds out what exactly causes this issue.

I apologize for this ongoing issue Royal_AusL,
Please note, if the error lies with just this one character due to data corruption, you may want to try deleting the locally saved data folder for PC if you have not already done so (My Documents > My Games > Final Fantasy XIV). Make sure to create a backup of this folder so you can have a copy of the in-game settings should you wish to use them again. Additionally, if you have already tried this method in full, please uninstall all files of FFXIV on the device and reinstall them to see if this may make a difference. Lastly, please launch FFXIV as an administrator through Steam by going to the game in your library, then navigate over to 'Properties' > 'Local Files' >'Browse Local Files', search for the .exe file for FFXIV, then right-click the file and click 'Properties' >'Compatibility' > check 'Run this program as an administrator'. Please let us know if any of these methods helped resolve the issue.
