2 -> do not cause shrik on other players
False. Shirking can be helpful for higher-level tank-swap mechanics when there's another tank, combined with changing tank stance and the other person provoking. There may also be some rare moments on the field where you want to temporarily switch enemy focus onto a chocobo companion while you heal yourself back up some.

3 -> pull as many monsters as you possibly can
For expert dungeons or instances that aren't synced to minimum item level, this is usually fine, but this isn't fine for every single instance and can be too much for some healers; it really depends on the overall encounter.

6 -> standing still and soaking damage isn't good idea
Again, this depends on the instance and what's wanted for current positioning.

7 -> red spots are not swimming pools
There are always some exceptions to this broad rule of yours; for instance, the eighth Stormblood normal and savage raid would beg to differ due to a certain gameplay mechanic that you need to pay close attention to. Also, what if you have an invulnerability ability that's active while you want to maintain your current position? I can think of many other exceptions as well.
