Not that it excuses it but it would explain it. I also wish for a complete revamp, not just on the cashshop but the whole assigning reg keys, getting expansions, signing up for new players etc.
It used to always be instant for me no matter what I bought, then recently since Covid it's taken anywhere up to 5 hours. I'm not complaining, I just find it weird.
