Unable to retrieve character data

I get this error at Hyperion in my main character a few minutes ago, anyone knows whats is going on, or if you need to make a report? other character i have at cactuar is working fine

This happens when the servers are a bit overwhelmed sometimes. It's nothing to worry about and you should still be able to log in with the character.

Click name log in. Its a congestion prevention method.

It happens sometimes, such as after a maintenance, when there is an attack on the servers, or internet problems that affect thousands of people, or less frequently when they are just congested. It's a safety measure where the server doesn't send you your character information so it can handle the logins faster. You should still be able to click your name and log in.

I get this every once in a while. It has never prevented me from being able to log in and play, though.
