    in gay weddings do both males have to wear groom outfits?

    No. They changed it so every character doing Eternal Bonding gets their choice of either the dress attire or the suit attire regardless of gender. Both can wear suits, both can wear dresses, or one can wear a dress and one can wear a suit.

    It's still limited to just one of the two carrying the bouquet in the cutscenes, though.
