I think the idea of baldesion arsenal and delubrum savage is to challenge player to have a lot of time to die for trial a lot, preparation of essence + stuff and the dedication to learn and being patient, by making them less challenging or easier to access is the opposite of the concept they are built upon....... and Yes, i also at the camp where its such a shame that such amazing raid is having a big barrier to entry, but that also mean it is an achievement itself to be able to have access to them and even more at defeating them
