Additional effect: creates a swirling circle of ice under the targets feet long there standing inside it they take 60 potency every 2-3 seconds over 30 seconds

Flaming Cobra - Shoot a flaming snake at the target rapidly coil's around the target instantly deals 450 fire damage. after 3-4 seconds arrow explode placing windbitten/venomous bite all nearby targets or resetting dot timers all effected
Additional Effect: Bind 3-4s damage does not break this bind
Additional Effect: after 3-4 seconds whatever damage over time effects spread to all nearby targets

Birds of Pray - Deals X3 attack deals 140 potency each deals additional 40 + potency for each damage over time effect this is ogcd

Arcane Archer Stance - While activated as a bard you deal 10% more damage and have 5% more crit/hit chance - while stance is activated elemental proparities are added to your shoots. allowing you to use magic arrow. at the cost of mp arrows also take form of spiritual animals when they fire, hawks, owls snakes

The dot spread is neat. Since summoner no longer has it I can totally see bard getting one. They been asking for it for years now.

we have those covered already thou we have a lot what bard lacks elemental damage have to remember archers started in new gen. home of conjurer so them using summoning a water morphing the bow wings and the arrow made of water and ice and fire it animation while in mid flight turns the ice arrow before it hits mid way it sonic booms arrow turns into blue falcon and war cries like falcon and explodes on impact. there music in this arrow arrow sounds like falcon singing

animation of this ability really epic. so gives that "cool!!" feel that bard really needs
