Plant clearly cast medica of some sort that is no mistake here. however what you need to consider is white-mage can pre-place that plant anywhere on the battle-field. allowing white mage to heal two different locations at once this really isn't all that much 4 man dungeon
8-24 man raiding this is really really powerful. specially when one of your other abilities is a trigger for medica's pop out these ability. let me explain better detail. I can play 1 planet near group of allies knowing full well they can take damage. while am standing by ranged dps watch is away from melee dps. in big battles with really large battle-fields this is actually amazing. giving you double the heal radius by popping off aoe healing like machine gun.. this spell actually requires proper timing make useful. place your healing plant/totem thing somewhere. while you move somewhere else like can plant the
hitting allies muiti different places at once. however you have ask the question. will content warrant this change will there be bosses with massively sized arena this mostly found 24 man raids. very rare that in 8 man party with skilled people. when white-mage uses medica II that dps doesn't get hit by this spell unless they do mechanics forcing out the range. with this new ability propar placement this is really really awesome
