    Elemental / JPN - Frontline Queue Times

    Hi, I was wondering if there were any regular PVPers from Elemental server. I can't seem to get the roulette to pop for me at all. I'm wondering if there's a certain peak period to queue or something?

    Mostly they're pretty active starting from 8 pm JST
