Everyone will have there own individual single limit break bar. individual limit break is known as limit break 1. you don't have 3 bars anymore just one. however when another player and yourself has a full limit break bar

you and person then activate limit break together do something that been in final fantasy 4. chrono trigger and few other games squire enix made called duel-tech. triple techs are same way

If the two healers jobs limit break together they raise everyone in party and heal them 100% if healer did it with caster dps then results be different

limit breaks changes based on individual roles. tanks, off-tanks. melee dps. ranged dps, caster dps. pure healer and shield healer this will require a lot of rebalancing damage changes but over all more fresher and funnier experience. this means maybe might do lesser damage on limitbreaks but over all do them more often
