    Game crashes

    My game is crashing, I keep on getting a "fatal directx error 11000002" message. I have 2 days left in my subscription and I'm bad with computers.

    Could you provide a system report from the game? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
