What music from ff4 and ffx do you hope they remaster for EW?

Suteki Da Ne has to be in there somewhere. I'm not sure lyrically how the song would fit both lyrically and emotionally, but its such a beautiful song. Maybe it could have a darker arrangement and be used for a boss fight like Kainé? Here's a cutscene for tears.

I suppose people are also taking note of the Magus Sisters also appearing in EW, which of course were also originally in FFIV, which EW has more connection to than FFX. Other than that, I guess wishful thinking, given FFX's OST seems the odd one out with remixes and inclusions in FFXIV's OST for some reason (even FF Tactics has music tracks in FFXIV, yet FFX has none.).

I don't think FFVII has a lot either. I would have figured they would have at least put in something for the first phase of the Sorrow of Werlyt trials, but no.

I absolutely love "To Zanarkand". Its easily my favourite Final Fantasy song out there. FFX had some of the best music in it.

Personal preference? FFIV's boss theme, the Four Fiends' boss theme, Illusionary World, and The Eidolons Shackled (from The After Years).

Meanwhile, I can't actually think of any FFX music that both stood out to me and wasn't intimately tied into its own setting. To use a lesser example of that, we already have a song I really feel is out of place in FFXIV confirmed for Endwalker: The Tower of Zot, which is actually Golbez's leitmotif sped up.

I guess there's some of the tracks associated with Seymour that could be repurposed, since we're getting Anima as a Trial boss... but they're not terribly exciting, y'know?

That said, I suppose I'm being a bit of a hypocrite when I suggest TES, since it's the Maenads' leitmotif.
