No thank you.

Frontline?I totally agree that it would be nice to have more complicated dungeons in order to have a real daily challenge. On the other hand, MM+ like wow, no thanks...
They have as much good side as bad side, most of them going against square's vision for the game.
The dungeons must be accessible to everyone and with any class.
If you want this game to be more like WoW go play WoW and stop trying to change this game. People play this game because its not WoW.
Welcome back
Yeah...no. You want those type dungeons, go where you can get them.
It ain't here.
I love how a lot of people are unaware of the fact that Yoship sat the dev team down and ordered them to play WoW while they were in the process of making ARR. Of course current WoW has its problems, but never forget that we wouldn't have made it this far without their influence.
I’m not sure why we can’t have harder content in 14 as well as casual content - people aren’t forced to do the harder content, and it’s a nice option to have for the more hardcore players and it gives them an incentive to stay subbed.
Half the problem with savage is that they become harder to clear in PF over time because the good players get BIS after a couple of months and quit, which causes the tier to die early and new players who want to learn savage have a worse time getting through them and get put off, because there isn’t a pool of good players around to teach them and ease their experience through them
There is a stickied thread in his subreddit asking people to post their questions for the media tour.
Currently the two most upvoted questions are "Why is it so damn hard to buy the game??" and " Butt slider when?" so don't think people have to worry about him or his community trying to make this game "more like wow".
This being said, i would absolutely love having more difficult 4 man content. An optional! extreme or savage difficulty of some dungeons would be great. Especially if it's scaled to level 80/90 and we can use all our skills. Something similar to the unreal trials but for dungeons.

M+ aren't a problem because they're harder content, they're a problem because of the arbitrarily punishing way they were implemented, downscaling your key if someone fails, disconnects, or leaves, better-than-raid-gear upgrades, said gear being locked behind atrocious layers of rng, a timer, and an infamously unfriendly community. It was always a recipe for disaster unless you played with friends.
In other words, a copy-paste of M+ will be a dumpster fire of colossal magnitude... but simply harder mode dungeons won't really harm anyone as long as it remains optional content
You could argue the levels of rng exist for savage coffers too - I can’t remember the number of times I’ve lost out on rolls week after week, or got something I didn’t need, which is especially annoying after it’s taken a pug group 5 hours of repeated pulls to clear e10s.
I don’t think the timer and the key downgrade thing is a big issue for me (I’ve only started recently casually doing m+, so may get jaded later down the line) and you could argue spending 5 hours to clear a savage fight where you get nothing at the end or people leave just when you could have cleared is just as annoying.
