Could we have an option to turn off LB3 visual effects?

It's a common practice to hold LB3 unless you can get two in case you need the healer LB3. It's a pug, entire parties die in 24 mans all the time, you have no idea how many people in your group know the fights etc. This is not just a savage prog thing. It's very common in regular content.

Those happen so, so rarely in my experience it's not even worth saving a healer LB3 for that and potentially wasting a melee LB1 from an underperforming melee. It's kind of like telling healers to hold SC for a rez...

Calling a RDM a troll for using a LB3 that's been sat on for 3 minutes is ridiculous regardless of how they time it, because there are very clearly bigger issues than that anyways if there's a mechanic that would potentially wipe an entire raid past day 1~2.

Caster LB3 is more likely to wipe the raid than kill the boss.
