It's so annoying that my Crag Mask is gone on my main account. Is there any way to restore it?![]()
First do /isearch crag to make sure you haven't misplaced it. Otherwise, from my own experience:
I contacted Customer Support in game back in HW when I accidentally traded in one of my pink items from old Diadem that had really good stats.
I received a reply, still in game, that they could do a ONE TIME ITEM RESTORATION per account. After taking that information in I elected not to restore the item though, figured I'd save it in case I accidentally deleted something I was keeping for glam that would be hard to replace.
If it's not available as a purchase option from the Calamity Salvager in any given city, then the one time item restoration will be the only way to get it back as Rowde mentioned. Keep in mind though it is one time per account, so if you misplace anything else more important in the future, you'll be SOL, so you have to decide if retrieving that mask is worth it or to just take the loss.

Oh yeah, don't forget to check Calamity Salvager and maybe even the Recompense Officer like SenseiMaria suggested.

Actually if you haven't interacted with an item for a very long time, it won't show up properly. I had an issue like that with my Chicken Knife (I couldn't find it anywhere, filed the report, got told I still had it), so personally I'd suggest checking everywhere. Glamour dresser. If the OP does file a request for item restoration and he still has it though, they will tell him he still has it at the very least.

So the support reply came in and... They told me the Crag Mask is on the one of my retainer's mannequin...
...Oh well, at least I can say the Support Desk is pretty helpful.![]()
