    Should the devs give an extra re-telling of Faux Hollows until 6.0?

    Since they will be removing Unreal Trials for an unidentified time after expansion release, I would really appreciate an extra round of Faux Hollows each week until 6.0. Prior to the news, I did Faux Hollows very casually since I assumed there would be a new trial after expansion release. I doubt I am the only one.

    If you think they shouldn't give an extra re-telling, why not?

    I don't think it matters. Faux Hollows is pretty irrelevant and nobody really cares about it because the rewards stink and even the ones they do offer take too long to get. They really need to overhaul the rewards for this system to be worth doing. I enjoyed Shiva unreal when it came out but never touched another unreal after that because there's no point. If I wanna do titan or moogle mog or whatever then I'll just run a mentor roulette at 2 AM.

    Plenty of ppl care. You might not but IT’S a step in right direction adding more high end/ synced extremes to the game.

    As for OP I’d say not but wouldn’t be opposed to a free retelling.

    They need to cycle faster and include first 1-2/3 floors of a given raid moving forward tho. Only so many extremes to do if sped up or cycled randomly.

    The raid faux hollows would be really nice tho. Just bigger rewards…maybe even exclusive ones.

    The ilvl is the exact point it was created…. Doesn’t matter the ilvl, it’s the min ilvl sync as well as the implementation. The tuning is fine. Any easier and we will lose more content to the casual side.

    What does that actually change, though, other than locking some people out of it until they gear up more?

    If they design it for a higher ilevel, the boss is going to do proportionally more damage and the encounter is functionally identical.

    Well said, thank you. Duskane and you had good ideas, and I agree with them. In the short term, I just wanted something to get boosted since they announced fairly late that Unreal would be removed, albeit temporarily.

    I also agree about the need for high end content. There isn't much of it besides savage and ultimate, and that's a much greater time requirement.

    changes the available spell speed and the gcd. usually its whatever but its noticeable enough on things like black mage


    like at least make the sync first tier crafted gear (450) instead of base AF (430)
