Beast Master and Enchanters and Green Mages are all interesting jobs and I understand why people would like to play them but it's very difficult making them fit into MMOs without offsetting balance or disappointing players.

Charming creatures is nice, but controlling a creature with 5-10x's more hit points or damage than a player character often leads to imbalance.

Damage over Time classes are nice, but people try to race through content today, look at the Savage Raids where people already look for specific jobs because they can do faster burst dps.

If someone could take the time to design their vision of any of these jobs, with level by level skill ideas and theoretic damage, then I think they would have a good chance of persuading the developers.

For charm jobs, do you get a "pet npc" with 1/5-1/10th it's normal hit points so it constantly dies?

For beast masters, what kind of animals would you summon, and would they be restricted to certain zones or maps?

For dot jobs, how do you prevent being excluded because you can't do as much burst damage?
