So I'll admit I messed up at first. I wanted to support this game so bad. Being a WoW refuge and giving this game a shot has been great.....until I needed to have a support concern addressed.

You see I bought an optional item, Lightning's Attire, off the shop but accidently had it sent to the incorrect character. I opened an in game support case to get this addressed and was promptly told to delete the items from the unintended character and that an investigation would be performed to address the concern.

This was 11 days ago. 11 days just to get some items created onto the correct character. I've replied numerous times to the in game support reps and have just been met with their generic copy and pasted message about "Upon completion of our investigation" usual. Still no items.

Is this normal? This is how long support takes to address concerns? FF14 really has a chance to take top spot in my opinion in terms of the MMO market but this right here makes me not want to waste my time.

Is there any other avenues to take besides the in game support and chat functions off their support website?
