Goes both ways but an mmo is just that, something you’re required to play on a peer to peer level.

Taking that away anymore and it’s not an mmo. There’s plenty of YouTube clips about this explaining better.

There’s also a lot more options for those who aren’t interested in peer to peer contact. Like by a landslide. Sorry, asking for less human contact in a mmo is pure selfishness. Not the other way around. Single player games are released with great results at an astronomically higher level. Whereas mmo’s are mostly miss than hit.

I’m not asking for any less accessibility than there already is…just demanding there should be none of it added in beyond the current bs that it is. We’re about to get data center travel added in. You think they are doing this because they want less player interaction? They’re leaning heavily on larger scale encounters and it is most def saying the same thing to us(NA/EU mostly). They’re saying play nicely and as a community. Pretty bluntly. As with unreals trying to nudge the “bads” to actually learn their classes.

Sole reason trusts were added was to remedy the long going issue of accessibility to those that may actually be disabled in one way or another. Not because you’re scared of what people might say to you. Yes being disabled and playing at a subtracted level based off your issues is MUCH bigger than anxiety from player contact. Won’t change my mind.

Like I said multiple times: stay your lane, respect players wishes(the ones’ that live and breathe ffxiv), don’t request a resource sink that would actually take more away from casuals than hardcore players, and play a single player game if criticism/below baseline competency is a fear.
