    Launcher stuck at logo

    Since yesterday evening my launcher has been stukc on the Final Fantasy XIV Logo. I've done nothing that to my computer with updates or anything. Already tried resetting my browser setting but nothing seems to work.

    Also tried editing the launcher config file but doesn't seem to work.

    Could someone help me with this please? Unable to play the game now

    Good morning and thank you for posting on the Final Fantasy XIV Technical Support Forums.

    Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
