You can wear the best man's jacket, regardless of gender (which is why it's shown in the graphic as the "easy" option, as well as the fact you can just buy it in Ul'dah off a merchant).

If the "easy 80 points" recommendation doesn't work for you (or really, even if it does) you just need to look through the full lists of items to build your own solution.

You just need to have any two of the listed items, or one item and make up the point difference with dyes, as listed in the upper right corner of the guide.

Sometimes you can find better solutions that's what is listed, or you have some of the items already on hand.

As has already been pointed out, the best mans jacket is actually a gender neutral outfit(as are the wedding outfits if im not mistaken). Additionally you likely played at least one class through their level 45 and 50 quests, so you should either already have the pants mentioned in your armoire or have them available from the Calamity Salvager. The gloves arent hard to get, but the earring is a guarantee(pick up the proper quest, complete the instance, pick up earring) so long as you have the instance unlocked. All in all, a fairly easy week.

Also need to read the text on the image... for legs it's actually ANY ARR lvl 45 AF Legs... not just the WHM Legs in the picture.

As long as you have one of the original jobs 50+, and did your quests, you should either have the Legs already (probably stored in your Armoire) or can repurchase them from a calamity salvager for 1000gil. So dyed headpiece plus 45 AF Legs is a cheaper 80 alternative.
