I haven't seen it getting worse at all. More of the same really. Maybe it's a surprise to people who haven't gotten some bad interactions from time to time, but I've had a spread of bad interactions since I started playing the game. If someone harasses you over a plot relocation, just remember - you have a house and they don't.
