Queueing up for Drowned City of Skalla instantly crashes my game

Currently I'm trying to go through the post stormblood quests until i got the quest to do the Drowned City dungeon. However every time i queue up and enter the dungeon, it instantly crashes. I don't even enter the dungeon, it just puts me in a loading screen then crashes. I don't get an error code either. Currently i have tried reinstalling the expansion several times, nothing happens. I have tried waiting overnight for the reset, nothing happens either. I have tried reinstalling the whole game and still nothing happened. Please help

We apologize for the delay in response to this issue. We suggest to perform a clean boot by opening the task manager and selecting the 'Start up' Tab. Then, Disable everything. Additionally, can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display'.

Lastly, are you able to access other characters?
