I do play the game in Japanese and am more used to that informal/rude manner of speech you see in anime and games that isn't used as much daily.

Well, there's your problem. That "manner of speech" is only in anime and games because it's useful to the narrative, not because Japanese people actually speak that way, and especially not in the Japanese FFXIV community. I would advise getting rid of those habits before you get into a seriously bad conflict that you could avoid. And while learning some Japanese from anime and manga is okay, you shouldn't rely on it as your primary source of Japanese language learning.
There's this thing called "keigo" (敬語) in Japanese, and it seems like you haven't been using it at all. I would suggest learning it - how and when to use it - some more if you really wish to continue playing the game in Japanese.
Otherwise, do remember that "JP server" means "located in Japan", not "Japanese language", so you don't absolutely have to use Japanese. Assuming your profile saying that you are in the Kujata world is correct, that world has a relatively large English-speaking player base, so you could try to stick with that.

I kind of lost interest in this discussion after I saw some other people's screenshots with high level graphics and I changed race. I thought it would be more obvious what I was referring to originally but not everyone seems to feel it.

Also do remember that art is subjective. There WILL be people that disagree with you. Deal with it.
