Can Ruin II have a different name for Scholar?

Presence of Mind actually allows WHM to have more total Glare casts due to recast time reduction. Maybe it's never meant to be a tool for movement

Yeah, it allows for more total casts, but because it's a percentage decrease rather than a constant number of seconds decrease, it'll never allow for changes in what can be instant-casted versus not. I kind of hope that gets some kind of a modification, because all it really seems to be good for at the moment is occasionally sneaking in another Glare or Holy attack, maybe having a shorter hard Raise in some cases but that's a really rare situation.
