    Not receiving items purchased from Mog Station.

    I purchased items from Mog Station on 9/19/2021 at 9:30am and 11:30pm and have not received the account wide items. I checked with the credit card I used and there is no problem there. Can you please check on this?

    I don't believe you will get an answer from the Forum tech support team about this - they'll most likely refer you to the Mog Station tech team.

    That being said, items ordered may not show up immediately. I know that an account-wide mount I ordered recently showed up in in-game mail a few days later on one alt I have, immediately on another alt, and a few days later than the first on a third alt. Things like clothing items usually showed up within a few hours (or, I logged off at the end of the day and they were there the next day when I started playing again).

    You can also click on the 'get ordered items' button in the mail window and then go about doing other things, checking periodically.

    Do you have alts?
    Are you sure you sent it to the correct alt if you do and the item isn't account wide?

I advise to make sure there is space in the inventory and the mail box in order to receive the items. If you still do not receive the purchase items, please reach out to a Game Master in game.
