Disconnects in Palace of the Dead Floors 151+

I have been experiencing frequent disconnects and sudden huge lag spikes in the floors from 151+ in Palace of the Dead, which all share the same visuals. In fact, i have not been able to proceed through the floors as I've gotten either a long lag spike(30-seconds plus) causing me to die from a monster i was fighting, or an instant disconnection from the server every time I've reached this area.

I have not had these type of Disconnects or Lag Spikes anywhere outside of Palace of the Dead and that's taking into account hundreds of hours of play time, including in the other Deep Dungeon content Heaven on High.

In addition your support finding the reason for the disconnects, I would like to see if my Palace of the Dead save can be restored from prior to this as this technical issue has now caused me to lose 10+ hours of progress with Palace of the Dead 3 or 4 times--the game is programmed to count any disconnects as an immediate failure of the run.

To prevent repeating previously attempted troubleshooting, what have you tried to alleviate the problem? When experiencing the disconnections, is the platform you are playing on running on WIFI or an Ethernet cable?
