In fairness I do think that people on the forum are just very negative and overly dramatic when it comes to Job changes and how they play.
I remember people complaining about the same things since ARR and Heavensward, when have Healers ever been happy?

There's some truth to Tanks being homogenized too but people act like they quite literally are the same only with some color swaps.
It's not that none of the complaints have merit just that it's not a recent thing and people do overreact a lot.

The FFXIV Subreddit is infamous for excessive downvoting for a reason.

Reddit is basically trash opinions incarnate lets not pretend like it's this great hub of intellectuals and that complete garbage and blatant misinformation doesn't get frequently upvoted.
People always shit on Twitter but in all honesty Reddit is no better and in some ways I'd actually say that it's worse too.

No one claimed it was but not seeing a thread on the gil cap being removed because it got downvoted because it's a stupid hill to die on is only a positive thing.
