    Why does it need to stack with sprint? Seems like something to use when sprint is in cooldown. Or you use that first then sprint.

    Other way around, if starting from outside of combat, since Sprint's duration is doubled outside of combat.

    Lucio was mandatory for a lot of Overwatch's history just because of a mere speed buff. I'll laugh if everyone ends up ignoring the Pure/Shield setup and just runs SCH/SGE after the first raid tier. You'll hear the usual month of complaints and naysaying during the Primals that you get with release, but consensus always changes drastically when the first raid comes out and people usually end up eating their words. I would just keep an open mind until you get more information and start thinking about how you can experiment with and take advantage of these new actions when you finally get to try them out.
