ARR replicas should be available like in HW

You can buy the original Relic through Calamity Salvager at the city-states and upgrade them to Zenith using the Furnace at Hyrstmill in North Shroud (Delivering the Relic +some Thavnairian Mist).
Also you can purchase Relics from Drake at the same location using the Replication option!

Yeah I know I can get the first step from the calamity salvager however I'm talking about the zeta step which is the final step of the zodiac relic steps. Drake won't let me access to replicas as he always asks for the zeta weapon which I deleted :'(

Why I deleted because I had no more room left for all my glamour,

This is weird, I just checked my glamour pages and I don't have any of the ARR Relics, I just had an Gae Bolg Atma Replica that I converted back to item and threw away to test this.
I was able to purchase it no problem.

You're positive it was at the Zeta stage and completed? because when HW relics came out most players converted their completed ARR relics to get a head start on the HW ones so not having a Zeta shouldn't bar you from getting replicas.

Yeah, this is the only thing that comes to mind as an explanation.
