Search results no longer show parties you cannot join due to "One Player per Job" requirement
... I'm quite willing to change jobs to join a group, this ... is going to be a pain in the arse.

Wonder if people will remove that when listing themselves in the party finder.
I wonder does it mean they won't show up at all, or does it just refer to the chat spam from Party Finder
"There are 694201337 parties that match your search criteria."
It specifically applies to searching, not the general listing.
When you search for a party, you can choose which jobs you are willing to play as. The results will simply no longer show "One player per Job" parties where every job you have selected are already taken.
When setting your Search Criteria, you can select which jobs you are willing to play. Currently, the party finder will show you party listings that include those jobs even if you cannot join due to [One Player Per Job] and your jobs all being in the party already.
Ostensibly, this will hide party listings based on the jobs you check in your Search Criteria, not the job that you currently have equipped. So if you select, e.g., WAR SGE RDM DNC and you are currently a DNC, it will hide [One Player Per Job] parties that already have (WAR SGE RDM DNC) but not parties that only have (WAR) (SGE) (RDM) (DNC) (WAR SGE) (WAR RDM) (WAR DNC) etc.
