Stuck on launcher and cannot play

Hi! I know this issue is not new, but I've tried solutions from other threads and websites, none seems to be working. There is no error message as well. Literally stuck and doesn't change at all. It was working fine last time I played (2 days ago) and the problem has been going on for a few hours.



It doesn't seem to be a connection issue because I can play video streaming websites fine. I can log in to other games fine as well. The solutions I've tried so far are from these sources :

and.. none of them works.

I've tried restarting the application and my laptop back and forth, still no result.

How long have you been experiencing this issue? Does his happen if the game is the only program running?

Hi! This has been going on and off for a couple of days.

There are times where the launcher is having a problem, but the next day, all is well. But the next few days I'll be having the same issue.

I always have my chrome and discord running. The game usually didn't have a problem with me running other applications tho.

I tried closing all programs other than the game. It works!
