You guys are so focused on making the game harder for you when it’s not about you. It’s about the players who don’t want to treat this like a job and still do optimal dps with not extreme amounts of effort

There's a middle ground between Ultimate level difficulty and "do you have a pulse?" Currently, most content can be easily handled by a single healer. And even they would still primarily spam their nuke. The outgoing damage is simply far, far too low.

It isn't about making the game harder but putting a greater emphasis on healing. Players who choose to play healer either want to, ya know, heal or have a more robust DPS rotation so they at least have something engaging to focus on.
