Tbh I think you're going to get a very not representative view of the demographics.

If we take Reddit as an example, over 50% of the userbase is from the US and overwhelmingly young adult to adult white educated men ( educated doesn't mean that you're intelligent lol ).
The Subreddit for FFXIV is probably the same and with a ton of people who don't even play the game or did in the past and are moreso just '' Redditors ''.

It wouldn't surprise me if it's the same here more or less, only that at least we can prove that we play the game currently and that's about it.

Edit: Some people even refer to this as the '' NA forums '' lol.
Which I mean, it's not...

It's the English speaking forum.
But I think the mere fact that it's an English speaking forum pushes a lot of people away who are still playing the game.
