Todays Demographics within FFXIV

Heyo all! I am writing a study based on the demographical state of multiple games, and as it happens to be, FF14 is one of them! They.. covered everything though? The America's (America), Europe, Asia, Oceania and Africa. Do you live on Antarctica?

South America exists. It's not just all blanket under America. Would also separate Canadian players from Americans as well.

That.. is all still 'America', US, Canada, Mexico.. North and South America.. it is all 'America'.

Is Canada considered part of the US/North America? No. It's its own country.

Is South America part of the US/North America? No, it's its own continent that is a part of the "Americas" but they do not recognize themselves as the general "American" that the US does (hence why Brazilian, Chilean, etc. exists):

It really isn't hard to Google. Just because it's all a giant landmass does not mean everyone there recognizes themselves as American lmao.

When people say "America" they are usually referring to the US. If it's labeled "the Americas", then sure. So, I can understand any confusion. For demographic purposes, I do think it helps to separate north and south though, and/or latin america.
