Which is peoples real issue. They don't t need more buttons they need more bosses they can't outgear.

The problem is out gearing was always a thing in any mmo. Then you have too make stupidly hard super world bosses like ff11.
Ff 14 “super bosses” are the ultimates ofc the old ones lose through item squish the difficulty but the devs could just get them up always on the max lvl and first raid tier bis gear to still let them be relevant
