If you want complex then play a dps people are too busy crying that healing is like playing soraka/yuumi when they want healers to be like zed/yasuo. Healing should be simple as it’s one of the most needed and respected jobs. It also is the thing that is in short supply. So why wouldn’t SE make it simple? Broil spam away I say.

I take it you don't understand what "high skill ceiling" means, since you're obviously confusing it with "high skill floor." Jobs can have complexity that raises the skill ceiling without making them difficult for people to pick up and play effectively, so it's not like just raising the skill ceiling would turn people away from the job.

False because people will have expectations of you to be at said ceiling. For example “You are doing expert trials without the ability to use X skill extremely well??!?”
