With the removal of Dots on SMN they should've just gone in on that further with SCH imo.
I also think it'd be cool if all of SCH's heals were ogcd's ( with a *short* cd so you couldn't spawn it ridiculously fast ).

Basically just make SCH a Dot and super mobility Healer.
( Also bring back Shadow Flare ).
