On top of that Rising Phoenix has a changed potency of 700 according to a newly leaked tooltip.

LF + DK spam is still 411.6, as you said.
A full Phantom Rush cycle brings us to 1300 (411.6 + 396.8 + 491.6) ÷ 3 = 433.3~ for the weak Solar Nadi variant and 1366 (411.6 + 462.8 + 491.6) ÷ 3 = 455.3~ for the strong variant.

So yeah, Elixir Field would need a potency of 750 to make the spam worth it and that's not going to happen lol. I don't think that even the single target Lunar Nadi skill will be that strong & it's likely going to share potency with Rising Phoenix.
Thank you! Yes you are correct! Rising Phoenix is actually 50 Potency higher (700 now) over the Live Letter build, making the overall effectiveness of gaining Light Chakra's worth more. And yes! EF's potency was worked out via the potency of RF, which, at the time was 650 potency and hit for around 12k I believe with a direct hit. So, I essentially got rid of the 1.2x modifier for the direct hit, leaving RF as a normal hit doing about 10k~ and then divided it by the potency (650) to work out what one potency is equal to in damage (15~ damage). Then I took the 9K from elixir field and divided it by the damage/potency to work out roughly what EF potency is (9,000 /15 = 575) - taking into account the game has a natural 5% rng spread of damage, made it more likely to be 550.

Note: The numbers above aren't exactly the same, but close enough to demonstrate my point. I used this same method to find out PR's potency too. We can safely conclude for now at least, that the developers did their calculations right and Phantom Rush worth the ramp up. Now we just need to wait to see what other changes there were so that a rotation and opener can be theorycrafted haha
