    The tooltip translation we have does say that, but when you watch the video where Yoshida is playing it live, the ability in the top middle with the (2) charges goes on gcd as he is casting the filler dps spell, eucrasia, etc etc.

    Does not share a recast could simply mean if you swap jobs it won't share a recast with another jobs 45s cd similar ability, not necessarily having anything to do with the global at all.
