4.0 and 5.0 SCH on release was really bad and just left me frustrated playing it. I stopped maining SCH after the launch of 4.0 and Ex-Death Savage raid.
Reducing healer game play down to 3 buttons (one nuke, one DoT, and one AoE) is mentally insulting to players. The content will never be designed to require healers using their healing kit to the best of their abilities, even in Ultimate raid. It is even sadder when SCH used to have 12 damage spells in HW 3.0 (Bio II, Miasma, Bio, Miasma II, Blizzard II, Broil, Ruin II, Ruin, Aero, Shadowflare, Energy Drain, Bane).
I will level SCH first in order to level SMN. It would not surprise me SCH and SMN are both somehow janky/underwhelming in Endwalker considering how bad both jobs were at the start of Stormblood (4.0) and Shadowbringers (5.0).
