So we’ve got the Upgraded Full thrust and Chaos thrust, AoE version of Raiden thrust.
Both version of Raiden thrusts give us eye stacks as well.
I think they probably removed Mirage drive from jump and only available to use once we got 2 eye stacks from using Raiden thrusts.
Now we have the 3rd version of Geirskogul.

You still use mirage dive to build eyes, the Raiden Stacks build up a separate resource, used on Doubleskogul.

I really hope they add the blue aura back in some way, I think the feel of the new ability that we spend the new resource on is hurt with it being gone. Hopefully it was just an oversight with a sudden change made to the build they used for the live letter. It's such a weird thing to lose after having had it for most of the game's lifespan now.

I agree. It seems like the Azure Dragoon image color is shifting to red. I'm not a fan of missing the blue aura at all. And Life doesn't stand out against it if it's not there

Though from what we saw in the video, I believe Mirage Dive was unchanged? It's 4:30 am here now, though, so I could be mistaken.

Well Dragoon was originally a dragon hunter not a dragon tanker while Gunbreaker are glorified bodyguards aka protectors, so i wouldnt say that it makes sense. Even Seifer and Squall despite having an offensive combat style they focused on protecting someone

Dragoons will sadly be competing with an over-abundance of Reapers for gear and I feel they'll be left behind a bit. Still, we get a minute cd reduction on Battle Litany and a 30 sec reduction on Lance Charge.

It doesn’t, though it is likely one of the melee jobs will take a hit so Reaper shines brighter, I don’t actually expect it to be DRG. I think DRG will be just fine come Endwalker, it usually is.
