I noticed that Emerald Carbuncle (which I assume is one of the Egis using a Egi glamour) didn't really do much when in its base form in the trailers. While the new summoner abilities are really cool (especially the Vortical, Craggy, and Infernal Trances), I still hope Ifrit-Egi, Titan-Egi, and Garuda-Egi still have a place in the game, even if it's just passive buffs.
