High ping, low sending/receive, error 9006

Hello, this problem just started today. Internet in general works but having severe lag. I'm plugged into ethernet, service provider is RCN. It might just be an issue with the service provider but it's never happened before.

I am also experiencing this. Playing on Aether DC, but playing from Europe. I saw another post about this, and i did a traced the route in EU. I gotten only the Error once, but i keep having huge lag spikes, where everything is rubberbanding like crazy.

As you can see, there are two nodes that seems to have some major issues. This has been going almost all week, and makes it nigh impossible to do anything. Even simple FATES becomes a problem.
