What is the consensus when a tank does small pulls?

Picture it. Everyone loads in and say their preferred greetings. The tank runs out of the gate and pulls 2 tadpoles.

How do you react?

I quit, blacklisted him (to send him to learn how to play, I'll see him again in 200 blacklists) and restarted after a manga moment. It's not much, 30 minutes of waiting compared to the boredom it represents.
